Here are the compiled .exe versions. One has the tray icon and the other doesn't. Just place a shortcut to the one you want to use in your Startup folder, and it will be run each time Windows is started.
Note that just like with AutoIt compiled .exe files, Windows is likely to argue about downloading this initially. The source code for creating the .exe files is included, and it is perfectly safe to force Windows security to "allow" this.
If you have AutoHotKey installed, or don't mind installing it, (it's a small and pretty handy tool) then there is no great advantage to the .exe over the uncompiled .ahk approach.
