Seriously though, as has been said before, Rainmeter is almost entirely written using Windows API calls and is dependent on Windows "hardware". There is just no possible way to "port" it to Android or Linux or Mac or Nintendo Switch or IBM 360.
Rainmeter is open source, so by all means, anyone is more than welcome to give it a go. The name "Rainmeter" is copyrighted, but as long as you keep the source "open", you can use it to write AndroidMeter or whatever.
