Try launching Rainmeter while you hold down the Ctrl key. This way you can launch Rainmeter in safe mode. Does it start this way?before i used it normally, but after i forced it to shut down once it never showed up again, no matter i launched it with administrator, it just showed the icon in the taskbar and then disappeared
